With a finance career spanning over 36 years, Annette McGough brings deep experience, technical excellence, and a genuine passion for helping people to her role as Partner and Senior Tax Agent at Bespoke Tax & Advisory.

Annette’s journey began at just 16 through a work experience placement in a bank, and from that moment, she was hooked. Since then, she has developed a broad and nuanced understanding of tax across a wide range of clients, including individuals, sole traders, partnerships, and trusts.

Known for her ability to relate to clients from all walks of life, Annette takes the time to truly understand what’s happening in their world. Her mission? To make sure every client receives the full benefit of what they’re legally entitled to — no more, no less — and to do so with clarity, care, and confidence.

Her approach is relational, not transactional. Annette builds strong, long-term client connections and leverages her extensive tax knowledge to deliver optimal outcomes while remaining firmly within the bounds of the law.

Outside of work, Annette is a creative soul with a love for music. A former semi-professional singer, she now enjoys singing, DJing and hosting trivia as part of her vibrant and well-balanced lifestyle. She’s also passionate about financial empowerment, particularly helping people overcome debt and take positive control of their financial future.
